Planning :
- Conducting a thorough research on Client history, its organization structure, executive leadership team, corporate culture to understand
and evaluate the needs of the client. - Analyze the job requirement ; research on parallel industry and market to develop talent pool.
Find :
- Source, asses and identify the most qualified candidate from the total talent pool. Screening candidates against various parameters such
as technical know-how, personality traits, behavioral skills and other specific skill sets as per the client need.
Deliver:
- Present select list of shortlisted candidates to the client and assist them to assess and evaluate the candidate
Manage :
- Support the client and provide progress report throughout the hiring process. Assist candidates as well as clients during negotiation
leading to a successful offer acceptance.
